I was wondering if there were any Redeeming qualities about various frames such as star, Vortex, meteor, or axe because I've really only seen cross and wall used, (Wall on bearing only.), So I was wondering if any other frames had any use whatsoever Or if they are useless.
[Answered] Frame usage
Star is decent when it comes to lad. You can use star as an alternative to cross. Meteor you can use to add weight to your combo, same with bump. I don't know anything about the axe frame, but I know people use Vortex to distribute wegiht to the primary attack points on Valkyrie's.

Doesn't axe have similar/the same weight distribution to vortex?
I thought meteor had some lad, was I mistaken?
Most Frames have at least some use, it's just that some uses are more meta than others.
Cross/Glaive both give mid-level LAD to Atomic/Destroy and top-level LAD on Xt+/Ab-S, though Glaive only works in left spin.
Vortex is good for 3-sided Attack Layers, but idk if Axe would be better for this.
Meteor can be used on 4+ sided Attack Layers, but none of them seem to be very good.
Flow has arguably the best same spin stamina on something like Atomic.
Star is kind of like a dual spin Meteor and I guess has decent LAD on some Drivers?
Bump is the heaviest non-Bearing Frame, so people like using it for weight, and also has arguably the best same spin Stamina.
Under can be used on Twin Nemesis (Smash Mode) and Bloody Longinus to "pinch" opponents and burst them. I haven't witnessed this myself but it's been observed by a few reputable competitive players over the years.
Hit is just kind of bad, unless it has some LAD application everyone's just overlooked. The one point doesn't really "hit" much, and it's actually relatively lighter than the rest of the Frame, so it doesn't even add weight there either.
angle can be used like Vortex or Axe, but its more notable use is making nL/L3 super tight - unsure whether this
Reach is probably the nastiest right spin Bullet Frame, and has decent LAD in left spin, some people prefer it over Glaive.
Lift's mode change makes it a more tactical pick for Bearing, as you can switch between same spin and opposite spin modes depending on the matchup, and it's also great on Octa in same spin mode.
Dagger is good for 2 (or 1, I guess) sided Attackers. Do not use Glaive in right spin for this.
Proof is kind of a jack-of-all trades pick for At/Ds, between its same spin Stamina and LAD. It's also the best Frame for the TT Absorb, and Xt+ Attack Mode.
Turn is better than opposite-spin mode Lift on Br in opposite spin, but worse than Wall. It also works really well on nL/L3 for some reason, with X/X'/Hn-S/Ev' as the Driver. Unless there's something I'm forgetting it's probably the only workable left spin Bullet Frame.
Wall is the best Frame in opposite spin for Br, Dm-S, and apparently some of the new Sparking Drivers (Zn'+Z?) as well.
Expand is the best Frame in opposite spin for At/Ds, though it's so wide that it scrapes occasionally in same spin.
Axe just looks like another Vortex, so it'll probably have the same uses.

Great! This was a big help, thanks!
Glaive also works better than cross for taller drivers

Isnt Glaive a really good frame for defense/stamina combos?
