Custom launcher accessories are allowed with some stipulations. I highly recommend taking a look at the Equipment Regulations section of the rule book

they're bootlegs, but battle passes don't seem to affect performance...

You could always send an order to a company that could print it for you. Though it might be a little pricy

Which one there are like 3 different ones ( they're all cool though just asking)
I want to modify my launcher grip but I don't have any official rubber grip thingys what can I do ( I have a 3d printer)

that I have no idea but maybe ask a judge or something but I would think it would be ok to use non-official rubber padding

I personally used the death grip one since it’s pretty fast for printing, and it makes for strong launcher power

I personally used the death grip one since it’s pretty fast for printing, and it makes for strong launcher power
