[Answered]  Asking Rage Longinus owners

I'm looking for Attack type beys that can last for a long time without constant replacement because of breaking, my friend recommended Rage Longinus because it's a "thicc" beyblade and therefor would last longer? However, I've seen an alarmingly handfull amount of posts on other sites (yt, reddit, etc.) regarding Rage Longinus parts breaking off mid-battle, mostly the chip and around the two head areas. 

I'm asking any Rage Longinus owners to confirm this;
1. How long have you had your bey? 
2. How many battles did you do with it?
3. Is it actually durable or breaks/wears easily?
4. In your experience, is Rage Longinus good as a long term bey?

 I have a seasoned Zwei Longinus full of dents, scratches, etc. But I've never had it break on me, and I've had it for a while (2 years) and around 112+ battles I think. I'm looking to upgrade to Rage Longinus but the bigger price compared to Zwei, and the posts I've seen about sparking beys breaking are kind of concerning. How is the durability of Sparking Beys today compared to GT beys or other generations?

I don't have one myself, but Rage(Along with most, if not, all SuperKing rings and select DB blades) runs the risk of snapping due to some places being not as reinforced as others. If you're planning to keep a bey for a good long while, you should probably avoid intensive use of it as that wears it down faster and gives it more opportunities to break(I.e. playing for 2 hours everyday and rage is being used every battle). Unfortunately, attack types get the worst end of this stick due to how aggressive they are. I don't think burst breaks as much as other gens but the chances are never zero. I think a GT bey has less chances of breaking but personally I can't verify.

I agree with what RalfBalf. Also if your looking for replacement parts instead of replacing the whole bey, then beysandbricks.com is a good choice. While I do have a RageLonginus, I can't get all the specific details your asking for right now but I can definitely put a pin in this and come back with my personal results as a owner of RL

I can verify the GT bey durability, or Zwei Longinus' at least. I've never had mine break on me, besides having lots of dents and big scratches, and I had to replace the Spiral' twice because it kept turning into something similar to awakened Ev' after like 4 months or so. I'm considering upgrading to RL now, hence this post. 
Though, I battled my zwei against my friends' Cho-z beys and against a brave valkyrie, my ZL would probably be in better shape now if I only battled it against other gt beys.

I have one and its very strong if you mod the jolly driver from blood louguius and make it into a dash it makes some battles very interesting but i'm warning you do not put it on a hasbro ripcord launcher from the main hasbro stuff it wont fit and you will hurt your hand

Guilty has the exact same problem, and might actually be more vulnerable than rage is.

I have guilty and rage longinus, I don't do much battles with it to keep it in good condition till I sell all my burst beys... But the free spin driver broke so I super glued it and it still works just like before it broke
