Ok, i know about the no 3D printed rule. But what about the ones from say AliExpress? They are exactly the same as the stock ones, are the same length as the extended rip cords and are much easier to get a hold of since the Rip cords strip easily. They dont add any performance benefits other than having extra rip cords without having to hunt down and pay nearly $20.00 for launchers off ebay, Amazon and walmart.com?

NO BOOTLEGS ARE ALLOWED. As far as i'm aware, nothing involved with actually spinning the bey is allowed to be unofficial
3D printed ripcords are not allowed
*Unofficial ripcords cannot be used
Even though they are more durable than the soft pos TT ones? Thats lame. The last few waves of TT rip cords have been so soft they strip every tournament. Such a waste.
If you're stripping your rip cords you're pulling far too hard.

Quick pulls to launch CX beys requires more strength than normal bx and ux for similar results. Because of the crappy soft plastic rippers, i have been using string for tournaments. Now that im running all CX i need the extra power.
If youre not stripping at least one ripcord a tournament, youre not pulling hard enough, lol.
If youre stripping your ripcords you are causing them to skip gears because you are pulling harder than the material limits of the launcher. Skipping gears is a direct loss in rotation. Youre only harming your own launches by pulling that hard.
also I strongly doubt that an ALiexpress bootleg would be HIGHER quality. I would bet it shreds easier

if it helps, you can use unofficial ripcords when u practise and keep the official ones for tournaments.

Its one reason why the hold launchers all eat up rip cords.

You should try one. Ill send you a link for some good rip cords.😉
If the three missing teeth werent there the ripcord would get eaten even faster. Theyre there to allow for acceleration.
Unofficial ripcords are not allowed in tournament play regardless of your perceptions on how they work.
