Advance Guardian Article (revisions needed, I'm sure)

Here's what I've written up so far (I will fix any format errors when I add it to the wiki):

Bit Protector (BP): Heavy Metal Emblem
The Bit Protector of this Beyblade is Heavy Metal Emblem. It is the first mould verson of Bit Protectors.

Attack Ring (AR): Advance Defenser
*Weight: 18 grams

Advance Defenser has two metal "rollers" which are supposed to help defend against attacks, but this is negligible. This Attack Ring also has two wings that come to a point and have shallow slopes that provide minor Upper Attack, though they are too light and gradual to be effective. However, although outclassed, this part can be used for Smash Attack customization.

Use in Smash Attack Customization
* BP: Third Mold
* AR: Advance Defenser
* WD: Circle Wide
* RC: Grip Flat Core (Dragoon MS)

This customization takes full advantage of the little Smash attack that Advance Defenser has. Although outclassed, this customization will still do well with the Sliding Shoot.

Weight Disk (WD): Circle Heavy
See Circle Heavy

Running Core (RC): Grip Sharp Core
*Weight: 3 grams

Grip Sharp Core has a sharp rubber tip that can be used in Defense customizations. Even though it is outclassed, it still works well if nothing better is a viable option. The main problem is it is a sharp rubber tip; rubber tips have low stamina, while sharp tips are meant to have high stamina. The combination is a waste. It also means that the tip will have less grip or friction with the stadium floor as opposed to wider rubber tips, so it will not defend very well.

Grip Sharp Core can also be used in a "niche" Smash attack customization called a Re-bounder in conjunction with a high smash attack (and high recoil) AR, such as Seagon Attacker (Sea Dragon). The concept is based on Newton's third law of motion in which "Every action creates an equal and opposite reaction." When an Attack type beyblade, such as a Smash Attacker is used against it, each beyblade is hit with the same amount of force. Normally, this would usually result in a double KO, but the Grip Sharp Core prevents that, and instead will KO the opponent. This, however, is unreliable, especially in larger stadiums. When it does happen, however, it works quite well. It is also worth noting that it works best when the tip is in mint condition. The Re-bounder must also be hit early in the match, because the beyblade loses spin velocity very quickly.

Use In Defense Customization
* BP: Third Mold
* AR: Circle Upper (Death Gargoyle MS)
* WD CWD Free Survivor (Thunder Serpent)
* RC Grip Sharp Core

This customization uses Grip Sharp Core for defense. The AR takes hits well, because of it's circular shape, and the WD is free spinning, which also helps in taking hits. Grip Sharp Core helps keeps the beyblade from getting KO'ed.

Use In Re-bounder Customization
* BP: Third Mold
* AR: Seagon Attacker (Sea Dragon)
* WD CWD Defense Ring (Sea Dragon)
* RC Grip Sharp Core

Seagon Attacker is perfect for this sort of combination. It has Smash attack along with high recoil, making it harder to use in normal smash attacker customizations. As was said previously, this customization is unreliable, especially in larger stadiums, but it is interesting to try at the very least.

Other Versions:
Advance Guardian – HMS Random Booster 4 Version (Combat Green)
Advance Guardian – HMS Random Booster 4 Version (Combat Yellow)

Overall
Advance Guardian has completely outdated parts. Advance Defenser has Smash attack but is outclassed by many other AR's. On the other hand, Grip Sharp Core, though it has use in defense customizations, is also outclassed by parts such as Bearing Core 2. This beyblade is good for collectional purposes, but isn't recommended for competitive use.

Also, it seems I'm not able to edit/add articles anymore, why? Crying
Unhappy ??? Anyone got any advice/revisions? And can I be able to add/edit articles again, please?
Only one i noticed so far is in the 2nd paragraph where youre talking about the rc, you forgot a G on "re-bounding"

Edit: Lol XD didnt think of that haha.

Use in defense combination: it`s --> its?

"...along with the wd which is free spinning and also helps in taking hits"?

Use Rebounder Combination:"...but italso"?

theis --> this
Actually, it was a space I was missing. Tongue_out Thanks anyway. XD

I tried what I could. Grin
If you don't mind - I put in some of my own "writing style" Tongue_out_wink
Good, thanks, now I don't have to change the rest of my typos.. And you even did some research for me. Grin Thanks!
EDIT: edited first post with new article.
Also, you should add this to the article...

Bit Protector (BP): Heavy Metal Emblem
The Bit Protector of this Beyblade is Heavy Metal Emblem. It is the first mould verson of Bit Protectors.

Other Versions:
Advance Guardian – HMS Random Booster 4 Version (Combat Green)
Advance Guardian – HMS Random Booster 4 Version (Combat Yellow)

Also, there are a few grammatical errors, other than that, the article seems okay.
I'll read over this and make some edits tonight if necessary.

Just a note though 'outclassed' seems to be the most used word in many of our articles. (I'm guilty of this too)
Yeah you're right but I can't think of anything else other than overshadowed or outdated ... Confused
Yeah, I've had the same problem.
Are we still going to do the Other Versions section? I'll add it anyway, but I'm curious.

Why not? It's done for all the other articles, why stop now...
We skipped some, because there were too many versions of them, I believe. I already have the info., though, so I'll keep it.

Just did a quick grammar check.
Thanks, edited.

Got this up. Edit as needed. It still needs some pictures, too.
Fixed some formatting errors and reworded a few things. Pictures will be up tomorrow.
So, are we putting links in the headers or not? It's like that in most articles as far as I can tell. I'll stop if we aren't, I'm just confused now.... XD Also, I had the Bit Protector link where it was in a couple other HMS beyblade articles (DEMS and Advance Averazer are the ones I checked, I believe). Are we changing that too?
But, thanks. Smile
EDIT: Seems those are older articles?

I've never done it. Putting links in the headings does not look as good IMO. Keep them in descriptions from now on.
Will do. Thanks.
