Ace Dragon D5 Testing and Discussion

Ace Dragon A5 (attack type). 11 grams for the layer. Burst Rise Hypersphere.

For the first matchup I chose a strong stamina bey, Tide Treptune T3 (tier 8 according to Bladekid's Hasbro ranking).
For the second matchup I chose an easier opponent, Roktavor R3 (tier 3).
Stamina type launched first, attack type second.

D5.00T.Hn vs T3.0G.At
D5: 2 B (20% Win rate)
T3: 8 OS (80% Win rate)

D5.00T.Z vs T3.0G.At
D5: 1 B, 1 OS (20% Win rate)
T3: 8 OS (80% Win rate)

D5.00T.Hn vs R3.0G.At
D5: 2 B (20% Win rate)
R3: 8 OS (80% Win rate)

D5.00T.Z vs R3.0G.At
D5: 1 B, 2 OS (30% Win rate)
R3: 7 OS (70% Win rate)

Conclusion: As expected, D5's attack power is pretty bad. Because of his low weight he is not able to knockout its opponents. Sometimes he manages to burst opponents - but that happens rarely.

Note: I used Balkesh's Atomic. As a side effect I found out, that my Wyvron's Atomic has weaker burst resistance. While using Wyvron's Atomic, the beys were bursted almost every time by D5.

Are your tests in a Takara Tomy Burst Standard Stadium?

And you mean the stadium and not the format right?

The layer base seems like more of a balance part, but even then it’s not very good at it.
Yes,  I added a photograph.

Ace dragon is big but hollowed out. So the weight / diameter ratio is too low for being a good attacker. He simply isn't massive enough to nuke anything.
