Time:
The tournament itself will start at 12:00pm, so as a guide, aim to arrive for 11:30am. The Tube and public transport services are not very reliable, so plan your journey well in advance.

Please note that we cannot predict how long an event will be, as this varies based on the number of competitors and the ongoings throughout the day. If you're planning on staying for the whole event, please be prepared to stick around for at least 2-3 hours.

Location:
Regent's Park. We shall be at the Bandstand as always. Please check this thread on the day for updates or like us on Facebook for any quick location updates.

Directions:
Here is a map of Regent's Park. Click on the tab labelled "Monuments, Fountains and Statues". Head to the area marked Bandstand. We suggest taking the London Underground or Bus to Baker Street.

Prizes:
We might have prizes. We might not. Who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Important Advice:
Despite being around friends and rivals, please remember we are in a public park. Bad behaviour and swearing will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from future events. Please keep your personal belongings with you or in a safe place while at the bandstand. If you see any personal items left around with no apparent owner, please hand it in to a judge, so we can return it to its rightful owner. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Remember to turn up on time. If you arrive later than 12:10pm, your place will be forfeit and you will not be able to participate. If you know you'll be late, please let us know via PM or a post in-thread!

Oh a few quick last minute questions ;. If I have friend coming but they aren't playing do they still have to pay? And Can I use Takara tomy discs with Hasbro and vice versa?

If your friend chooses to participate, yes but if its just them not playing then you dont need to pay. you can play but not participate in the actual tournament itself

Hey guys!

The event is going ahead as normal tomorrow! It's looking to be a dry day, but it's expected to be rather cold and windy. Make sure to wrap up warm, I don't want to hear any moaning about being cold this time! You've had your warning Tongue_out_wink

I've removed any false entries from this tournament listing, so we're looking at around 20 participants tomorrow, which is insane. In this case, we're looking at Swiss format. As stated in the OP, the tournament will run for a few hours, so we discourage entering if you don't have the time to spare. Unlike in Round Robin events, I can't speedrun through people's matches if you want to leave early in Swiss format, so make sure to plan your day accordingly.

We'll have a quick rundown of new rules at the beginning of the event. Please make sure you're registering for the event with me! Had a few mishaps in the past with people not signing up, so I'll be doing a rollcall to make sure everyone who wanted to sign up actually does, haha.

We should have two stadiums on the go. If anyone has a B-09 Burst BeyStadium they want to bring with them, the more the merrier! Helps for having stadiums for free-play! Please note that the two stadiums that have been prepared already will be in full use all day, so please do not expect free-play to happen if we only have the two!

Don't have to, but we advise it for your own personal variation. You can solely use 1 Bey if you want though.
