Here are some pictures of my 3D printed Pokeball.
Below is the parts as they arrived today ready for paint and assembly. I designed this as a test of what tolerance can be achieved with SLS printing and am very pleased with the results. I need to cut out a small carbon fibre strip to act as the button spring which will allow the ball to be used for storing small objects.
I also want to make a full collection of all the Pokeballs for the other half as she's a big Pokémon fan but found the existing "toy" often wasn't the correct shape / design of that found in the animé.
Next task is to get paint on them ready to give a final assembly.
