Wouldn't PD be good on scythe then? considering scythe is basically perfectly round. and has little to no recoil as it absorbs most of the hits it takes.

Adding onto what ControL_ said if Scythe had little to no recoil then it would have good use in defence which is doesn't apart from with BD145, and even then it gets smacked around quite a bit.

if in tier 2 then Ray, Pegasis, Quetzalcoatl, Leone, Sagittario, and Rock should be moved to tier three (give or take some of those wheels), and what is already in tier three should be completely removed

Umm , I can beat Hell pretty easily with Galaxy but I can't move Earth , so I definitely doubt it can move Basalt .. At least thats my expirience .
And now comes the question :
Does Hell deserve to be in tier 1 ( Defence ) ?
With Blitz and Vari Ares rulling MF-H Basalt Kerbecs/Bull/Aquario BD145CS and this combo being much better than MF-H Hell ___ BD145 variants , I see no reason for it be in tier 1 Defence .

Yes, Hell actually has great Defense.

The Tier-List is not a list of the current Metagame combos, just what in general is competitive.

It just doesn't make sense to me .. And Hell is just to easy to KO .
Last time I tested Hell , I could KO it with simple combos .

He is saying Hell is garbage for defense and he is right. I don't see why you're arguing if even a wheel like Galaxy can KO Hell easily, which is what he is saying. It should in no way be tier 1 Defense, that is ridiculous.

BBS there are a few problems with the list you made.

Meteo in tier 1 , LDD being below fang I think it should be heaps higher it gets great win rates i prefer it over LLD. Beat being so low again I prefer it over LLD. Ill give you my thoughts on the whole list in a minute.

Eg Lightning 90RF sucks against top tier defense although most of the other things besides gravity and Fang do good on any height.
