Christmas Gift for Son

Hello, although I am not really into beyblade at all, my young son is, more of just a kid's fun way than a real hobby, but I still want to get him a bey that will totally make me the hero at Christmas.

I was thinking about ordering a Big Bang Pegasis from one of the two sites listed below:
http://megafunbox.com/Takara-Tomy-Metal-...97543.aspx
http://www.toywiz.com/beybladesbbc01.html

But to be honest, I am not sure which is the better buy for the price. I don't know if they are supposed to come with the control launcher from the second site or not. I was also thinking about just ordering this one before I had seen the Big Bang:

But again, I don't really know what would really be the "perfect beyblade" for an almost 8-year-old with an advanced intelligence of a 10-year-old.

If anyone could tell me which of the three, or have a suggestion that would be better, please let me know ASAP (remember, delivery does take time and I'd like to beat the out-of-stock due to holiday situation).
Big Bang Pegasus sucks peformance wise. Get him scythe kronos, basalt horogium, or phantom orion.

That's not true at all. Big Bang has found uses on 230 and TH170.

Though, this belongs in the Purchase Consultation thread as well. Smile
If he is eight, just buy him what beyblade he likes which is probably Big Bang Pegasis, don't go with what's good for competitive play just yet, if he is that young he won't be entering tournaments any time soon lol.

but this type of question does belong in purchase consultation.

I know it's not good, but it doesn't necessarily suck IMO. Tongue_out

Anyway, in short, get him a BBP, though this belongs in Purchase Consultation.
The first link isn't the controllable one. Although, I would recommend buying the big bang pegasis without the electronic stuff (first link). Next time, put this in the "Purchase Consulation" thread.
Give Purchase Consultation a try!
If you're going to buy him a beyblade that looks amazing, Big Bang Pegasis is probably the one to go for and the fact that it's currently only out in japan should only serve to make it more impressive and ensure that he doesn't have it already.

The remote control one may be of interest in your case but the parts aren't interchangable with other beyblades like the regular version.
What about when Death Queztalcoatl come out? Well we need to people to test how good it is first, but I'd shop from http://plamoya.com/en/beyblade-c-1015.ht...20a&page=2
