Yes, there are some ways to subscribe, but the easiest way is to pre-order it every month on Amazon.co.jp. Amazon Japan can ship books internationally.
How are the stock sets of Beyblade Burst? I'm sure customization is awesome, but, probably because I'm a noob, I like using the beys right out the box. I like how the colors of the drivers match the layer. Mixing them up just feels odd to me.

Anyway, in any real competition, would stock beys immediately classify me as a stupid noob? And would my chances of winning be slim to none?
They would definitely hurt your chances. The starters are decent as is (except Deathscyther) but the boosters are definitely horrible. Even in the starters though, there is at least one part that should be changed to optimize that particular bey

Bah, that's very unfortunate. Why does Takara Tomy do that? Don't they know how their own game works...
They want you to but more beys to customize them I would guess. And yeah, sometimes I think they don't really do proper testing, like with Deathscyther for instance, it is a horrible attack layer, but a really good stamina layer.

Yes. It's a competitive customization game. Most of the time players spend preparing for tournaments is researching customization. In this regard, since each Beyblade is thusfar improved by customizing its parts in different ways, the game is being designed properly.
uh, I'm getting some bb burst pretty soon and I need to know what the best booster you can buy is

edit: also I need the best starter
I think the best two to buy would be the Deathscyther starter and the Spriggan booster. That way you could have Deathscyther Heavy Defense vs Spriggan Oval Accel.

Debatable, I'd argue Red Valk and Deathscyther so you have Deathscyther Spread Survive and Valkyrie Spread Accel. It depends on whether you prefer a Defense or a Stamina combo.
And it depends if they will be your only two beys for a while or not. If they will be, then Spriggan will last longer than Valkyrie (Valkyrie's teeth wear down, eventually making it almost unusable)

@[raiyanblader] if you need another burst light launcher for your friends and brother to use, I'll send you my extra. Just let me know Smile

Also I think both Wombat and Zoroaste have good ideas on what to buy. I would add that maybe Deathscyther and wyvern would be optimal because you get 2 launchers, one being a string launcher. I know that's two starters though XD
Anyone else find Deathscyther Spread Survive really difficult to knock out? I tried for ages and I don't even think managed it.

Yupp. Way harder to KO than Deathscyther Spread Defense in my opinion.
Ive managed to by launching Valk Heavy Accel off balance (Banking heavily) to land hits on the underside of DSS it knocks it out majority of the time if not I'd resort to landing the most possible hits for a burst win.
Noob request incoming:

What are the recommended set-ups for all the burst Beys? Attack and other types. I have all the layers except Amaterius, all the disks, and all the drivers except Assault.

Would I be asking too much for a list? Feel free to tell me to figure it out my damn self Smile

Someone else might be able to compile a fuller list, but a good tip is to check what has won in our recent tournaments that used that format, like the one in London :

And of course, Beyblade Burst is still very fresh, but eventually we will have an actual Burst Competitive Combos topic, which will have the 'official' top-tier list compiled after many tests and tournament experience.

I mean obviously it's still in development as more Beyblades are released/more combinations are realized, but here is the list so far:

Attack
  • Valkyrie/Spriggan Spread/Heavy Accel
Defense
  • Kerbeus Heavy Defense/Accel
Stamina
  • Deathscyther Spread Survive
Balance
  • Deathscyther Heavy/Spread Defense (Defense/Stamina Hybrid)
  • Kerbeus Heavy/Spread Survive (Defense/Stamina Hybrid)

I can't speak for Wyvern and Trident yet, but I'm fairly certain Massive will be at least as good as if not better than Defense.
It seems as though survive has more defense, burst resistance and stamina than the defense driver. That could be because mine is a little worn(barely)
Yeah I think there is something to be said for the give a driver has when the bey is hit. If it gives less (Defense driver) then it seems more likely to burst than if it has a smaller surface area and gives more (Survive driver). This, however, makes it easier to KO though. So my vote for best defensive driver would be a worn Survive, because it seems to be the best of both worlds to some extent

thanks for the info, that was my original plan Smile

thanks, ill be sure to let you know if I need any and yeah I'm pretty sure that I'm going to get wyvern pretty soon too! Wink
I would strongly recommend adding Valkyrie Spread Survive, which is all top-tier parts right now.
I agree with Bey Brad. Valkyrie Spread Survive is a must have for low cost.
Wombat gave a provisional top-tier list though, as gankoba asked, not a list of things to buy hah. As far as I know, Valkyrie is not really recommended for Stamina.
