Beat Naked (gt chip) wheel Xt+ Goku challenge - Lugiamaster0249 - Oct. 16, 2020

Here is a challenge: Beat Naked (any left spin gt chip) wheel Xt+ (stamina mode) Goku or Beat Naked Diabolos1 wheel Xt+ (stamina mode). There are a few rules.
If you do not have Xt+ you can use mobius instead.

1. Only right spin beys or dual spin beys set to right spin may be used.

2. Only out spins count, knock outs and bursts count as ties.

3. Must score at least 3-1 in a three point battle to win.

4. Naked can’t be launched with so little strength that it can’t even contact the opponent before falling.

5. Only Burst Standard format legal parts for this challenge.

6. Must be in a Standard Takara Tomy stadium 

This beyblade is hard to beat, even Tempest Solomon (MCC) Xt+ (stamina) 2A lost to it, so good luck. It wasn’t my Tempest Solomon, I don’t have one lol, it was in one of the beybase tournament reports.

Do we have to beat it by stamina, or can an attack type combo be used to KO or burst it?

Only stamina, one rule is no KO or BF, I accidentally made a second thread because it glitched on the first one.

Its tricky to out-LAD Wheel Xt+.
If I were to try it, I'd go with World 1S Wheel Mobius, since its the only driver I can trust to have a decent winrate against Xt+ or Bearing as long as it stays upright at the end.

Maybe an Awakened Volcanic' or Hybrid can out-LAD xt+ too, but its something I never personally witnessed.

god, its stupid what kind of lad spin steal it does.
and yes, it spin steals on opposite spin.
but i cant actually challenge it for now

I feel there needs to be a better way to do this, since anyone can say that their combo beat Naked on Wheel Xtend+. Should video evidence be provided for if the combo beat the Naked Wheel Xtend+ Combo?

Honestly, Naked isn’t the best spinsteal layer, and everyone knows bearing is better than Xtend plus for LAD, so yeah.

without burst stoppers, bearing bursts really easily, that is why they use round layers (glide, air knight and maximum banana) naked have a lot of contact points and with bearing bursts everytime

I guess that makes sense. I was doing the tests however, so I was able to test combos that people requested and see it for myself.

except for Lord Spriggan (everyone knows this is one of the top 5 worldwide combos), yes they are suggestions

Naked isn’t the best at spin stealing, but it’s a very smooth layer(not as much as Maximum Banana)so it also doesn’t push the opponent more,and give them more spin time.The LAD depends on what you use with it,like how bearing benefits from 00wall while almost any other driver gets horrible LAD, and Xt+ might not be the best with sting, but with wheel or 2A it’s able to win tournaments consistently.

As someone who’s tested with the two parts, no, they’re equals. Plus, to maximize Bearing’s potential, you have to use it with a disc with either the wall frame or use Vanguard.

Anyways, later I’ll be testing a combo that can hopefully beat the Naked Wheel Xtend+ combo.

No, wheel works to. Wheel is the best disc for stamina and LAD. And it helps that it’s way heavier than discs like ratchet. And there’s other people who have tested with both those parts as well (like me).

But still bursts a lot, you dont know (maybe) if bearing is good with naked, and if it bursts alot, bursts count as ties in this, it would tie forever, remember you can only outspin, and bearing does have a little bit higher LAD than xtend+, but is not that much, bearing have more stability because of the rollers and POM

Hi man! Since you wrote G3 instead of mG i guess it's a Hasbro combo...? If so, wow! Just wow! If it's a TT combo (but i guess it's not) it would be even more WOW! There's a reason why Garuda G3 and Bearing were banned from tournaments a while ago. Of course i'm talking about Hasbro versions. It's almost impossible to spin-steal from it and its slopes are much tighter than maximum garuda's teeth, Wheel is also pretty round and Bearing has not the weak spring that TT version has. Hasbro "fixed" those features.
