Username changes are paused as we work on moving our website to a new platform. Requests will not be actioned but exceptions will be made for cases such as changing a real name. Username changes have some restrictions that you should be aware of:

• Users are permitted one single username change on their account. This means that once you have changed it, you are stuck with it, so please be mindful of this when choosing your username.
• Usernames may only contain letters and numbers. Non-alphanumeric characters such as . ! ? " / \ cause issues with Challonge rankings, and are disallowed due to future changes to our platform.
• Requests to swap to inappropriate usernames will be rejected. In addition, we may restrict your future username changes if we receive such a request.
• Usernames must be between 3-15 characters in length.

Please note that username change requests may take up to 4 weeks to be actioned.
