I feel like people need to be fact checking themselves before they post on here. lol.

I did 13 in 10 seconds

That is literally impossible! I just showed you the proof! What on earth are you doing to do "13" sit ups in 10 seconds!?

Sorry, I was looking at the wrong thing. Still, a good sit up count for a person under 18 is 35-38 sit ups a minute, so excuse me for being slightly unbelieving.

It's just that I do a lot of sit ups and push ups so it may be unbelievable but it happens.
Remington James did a great recipe today

The KFC Double Down Sandwich

Air fry two chicken filets with some crispy breading, slap turkey bacon, low fat mozz, and sugar free honey mustard between it. SLAPS hard and the macros are bomb. Really trying to get a great diet going Joyful_2
To be completely honest, sit-ups are arguably the worst core exercise you can do for yourself. The best ones are planks, russian twists, weighted decline sit-ups (much harder) and leg/knee raises.

Yeah I stopped doing situps a couple years ago. I try to do cardio combined with russian twists, planks, leg lifts, etc.

I'm getting back into better shape like I used to, but my plank record was 9 min and 7 secs. My wall sit record was 15 min 47 secs. We used to have competitions at the gym to win prizes. I won two of em.

9 minutes is a pretty impressive record for planks. I’m pretty sure I can only plank for about 3 mins but I’m not really into core strength tbh.

Max weighted calf raise anyone?

There was a really good prize so I was trying to win lmao
I’ve always been really serious about calve training. I would like to think that my calve strength is pretty impressive. I haven’t been able to train claves for a while so I’m not too sure how much I can raise atm but from the get go I was a natural at it. At the moment I believe I can raise little more than twice my body weight for a consistent 8-12 x5 size gain movement. Could probably raise even more if I went for strength at 5 and below reps per 5 sets but the weird thing is that I have never actually checked what my pr for weighted raises was. These days there’s not many significant things I can do for calves since I’m limited to home workouts but I still try my best.
I'm blessed with big calves and years of TKD trained tf out of them. That and I walk up and down stairs all day at work every day so the butt, calves, and hammies really get it lol

I have a friend who is really about calf training and he can do some serious numbers on calf raises
If you want some good calf exercises then jog ( slower than your normal pace) up a long hill. It really gets them tired.
Everyone: Dontt let your female friends, relatives and girlfriends do excercise of any kind!
Alright so everyone please ignore the guy who just posted above me^ trust me, it will quiet him down. Anyways, has anyone seen Chris Heria’s calisthenics workouts? Pretty awesome.

If you are looking for some clean home workouts to do during quarantine check out Chris Heria’s calisthenics channel. Dude is pretty much the king of the sport.

That is definitely a sight to see. I get a decent amount of HIIT workouts from him.

No kidding, these calisthenics dudes are lighter in muscle mass but have pretty impressive strength.
My old PE teacher made us do these workouts by a guy named "Coach Foy". If you do a couple of them every day, then you're gonna be doing pretty well lol.

LMAO when gym teachers make you do that stuff invented by other people. Who ever invented the pacer test must have been a truly evil person. Sure it’s easy by the time you actually start fitness training but in middle school when you least expect it, it truly kills you.
