My Bicep/Tricep peaks are finally getting back to their pre-corona size . I believe I posted the comparison pictures in one of the earlier pages in the thread. Might post an updated pic 🤷♂️

Also sorry I should have specified more. I punch a wall to the point where my knuckles don't hurt, but it actually sounds like a real punch.

I'm going to start building some of the obstacles for Spartan such as the Z wall, and 6 foot wall. you should look into these races. Although if you are going to do one, you should start some endurance training.

The only form of exercise I do nowadays is walk up long stairs in school, I used to pe but got taken up by another subject

That's the thing when I'm home I tend to be lazy it's just I love playing sports like hockey and basketball but fitness isn't my thing.
