Oh dear that sucks, but yours isn't very serious right? I know someone whose syndrome is more serious and he has broken 26 bones to date.
It’s nothing extra super duper serious where I will break my body by the slightest thing, and the good thing is that it’s just with my legs and feet

To date? Wow that sounds crazy.

I’ve asked this question before but I don’t think I asked it at the best time. So what are your favourite fitness fruits?

Nice choice, especially apples. All round great fruit for your digestive system.

Mine would be watermelon. Nicely delicious with a high water content perfect for staying hydrated before or after a workout. I get over hydrated a bit easily so I usually consume fluids minimally during workouts and more after.

I eat Grapes though idk if they're a fitness fruit or not. I have braces so I can't eat apples or Oranges that well anymore.
Edit: I like Watermelon too

In a way, I think all fruits can be considered a fitness snack. I usually just say “fitness fruits” because I am trying to ask what your favourite fruit is when it comes to fitness. Snack would be too generic IMO.
