Anime and manga thoughts is a mess rn so I think I’ll comment here. What are your favourite fitness fruits? I would have to give my top spot to watermelon. So energizing with the perfect water content.
Actually started using my bench for decline and incline press today. Felt good finally getting to target different parts of my chest.
Gonna finally start working out soon with my cousin and going on a bit of a diet. (me and her start this Saturday after Christmas)
Imma excercise more before winter break starts lol
I've decided to do some exercise to increase my stamina.
My cousin is pretty fast and has pretty good stamina hence why She is the best on the Track and Field team at my school.
Your gonna clutter up this thread with a bunch of nonsense
Actually no its not similar, is jogging in one spot good for increasing stamina?
But with my arms still being a problem I dont know how long I can endure in training
Apple just makes me feel alot healthier
I get inspiration from my favorite player
Fitness keeps you healthy, which is why anyone should do it.
I can run really fast but bit for long, I get tired really easily.

Well it’s not the greatest for increasing stamina. In order for a good stamina increase you have to legitimately be tiring yourself so try jump-roping or doing jumping jacks if you can’t run outside.
Anyone have any fitness related incidents/injuries?

Ouch that’s a really bad one. I once tore one of my delts after I completed a dumbell press a few years back. Form matters!

I once broke my foot from having a 5 pound fall on my feet (some sort of bone disorder that makes my bones softer than average)

Oh dear that sucks, but yours isn't very serious right? I know someone whose syndrome is more serious and he has broken 26 bones to date.
