I can't see the issue. But assuming it's just a spambot...I don't know what you expect us to fix, haha. We have provisions in place that catch most spambots that sign up. In the cases that doesn't happen, moderators usually deal with the issue before most people notice.
We have occasions where we miss one due to nobody being around, sure. But there's no long-term fix to this outside of us just manually handling those that slip through. I can only recommend reporting the post and moving on, haha.

These aren't technical issues. That said, from an organisational standpoint, we are looking to address much of this via new rules and guidelines, some involving some restructure of the forum itself.
Alternate accounts are obviously against the rules already and, if you know of a situation where alternate accounts are being abused, please report it to myself or another staff member.

Remember when
I said we check for alternate and sockpuppet accounts before the giveaway ended? That happened, and we did completely disqualify some people for it too.
If people sign up to join the giveaway; that's normal practice, and I think everyone has done that at some point in their lives. And from an organisational standpoint, them signing up is exactly what we want too. We obviously want the community to grow, and events like that are a great driver for it to happen.
Though ideally we want them to join and stick around, discuss some stuff, join an event etc. Most of our feedback for why people
don't engage onsite is because of low-quality posting and heavy spam from users treating the forum like an instant messenger, so it could well be that any users you have in mind are exactly in this boat; want to join in, but first at-a-glance impressions aren't great.
tldr: for several reasons, non-engagement from new users is normal and expected, but we plan to change that.

I can't see anything wrong at a glance, so any lack of updated post count could just be a caching issue.
I'll keep an eye on it and monitor it over time.
