Not sure if this is the thread to ask that and I'm not sure DC wants to talk about it.

But from what I know, someone made a very hateful video on YouTube about him (i can send you the video in PM if you want) and Crab decided to step down from his position as "Staff" from all the cyberbully attacks.

Crab, you can feel free to correct me on what I got wrong/didn't cover, what i mentioned above is what I already know so far.

I think the issue he was talking about is the one where people’s Beyranks are updating, but the actual ranking itself is not rising and they are positioned wrongly. I am actually a good example of this, as my Beyrank is 1,148 right now, but I am still ranked where I was when my Beyrank was 1,035.

The bug seems to have been fixed. My ranking at least is updated.

This is so weird when I checked my feed nothing pop up and when I log out of my account I got like 4 notifications it was a glitch that only happened to me.

There seems to be a bug where sometimes when one tries to opens a thread it opens more than one thread.

It’s not a bug. They can double tap, which can open two threads. People just need to have patience.

I watched that video. It was an awful attempt at attacking DC's character. I bet the child who made the video has never once sat in the same room as DC or even looked him in the eye. But I will say this. DC has written on this site, how he would physically abuse children over a pillow of his. I remember talking to him directly (face to face) at an N.Y. event about those threats and I think he removed the posts after that conversation.

But that last part is interesting... Don't get me wrong, i am all the supporting DC in his issues but abusing children over a pillow is a bit much imo.

Ive only been here since last September so idk when that was.

It would be better if you didn’t spread negative information about someone, that isn’t confirmed, around publicly.

Number one, if you are going to quote me, do it correctly and completely! I'm not saying DC is a bad guy. Please tell me how someone (I'm guessing me) is in the act of spreading negative information. I don't have a reason to lie. I wrote a fact. Miss me with your nonsense. DC did have a temper tantrum about a pillow of his (October/Nov. 2019). I remember DC complaining about children stepping or standing on his "sitting pillow" and his threats towards children, you know, the members of this site. That's why I had a conversation with DC over his posts. Parents also read about what's going on in the WBO and I'm surprised a concerned parent hasn't had a more private conversation with DC about what he wrote. I had my chat with him during an event, in public, in between rounds. I remember DC saying "you don't like me, huh?" as a retort. All I wanted to do, was have a conversation with him about his actions. It's ok to vent one's frustrations, it's another thing when someone makes threaten towards children. Wasn’t it something like “put jacks on the floor” or something? To make them look where they’re stepping? And I didn’t quote all of the post in hopes of you just deleting it, so then it also wouldn’t be included in my post. And I never said that you were lying, it just isn’t confirmed, and even then, you shouldn’t just post it out of nowhere. There was nothing really wrong with his response to you either. DC needed that pillow thing to help not get immense pain, so take that into mind as well.

I agree, this certainly isn't the place to have this discussion. It would've been fine to end it earlier by saying something like "He stepped down for undisclosed reasons" in response to SunBlader's original question. It's none of our business, and speaking negatively about someone as helpful to our community as DeceasedCrab in a public setting is disrespectful. In fact, spreading negative rumors about someone, whether it's true or not, isn't the way to go about things. What happened cannot be changed, so hopefully we can move on from the issue in a civilized manner and work on improving the community in the long run.

Here's a bug that I keep forgetting to mention. When you're reporting a post, there is an overlay underneath the report post menu that doesn't let you interact with anything aside from the menu itself. The problem with it is that, when the report post menu goes away, you're still not able to interact with anything on the thread. I checked with Inspect Element, and surely enough the overlay was still there since it likely wasn't prompted to disappear at the same time as the menu. I believe this issue happens on Mobile and Desktop alike.
