I personally love it.
I had a 2nd gen before and it was getting old and with OS4 it kinda stopped working properly.
Facetime is awesome, and the camera is really good( no flash... but i have my blackberry and actual camera for that).
Plus, its really quick and the full OS4 is awesome(especially multitasking).
