I bought the following amiibos in Nintendo world in NYC today:
Robin
Wii fit trainer
Wario
They only allowed me to get 2(Robin and wii fit trainer). There were a lot more rare ones.

The Wario was on the shelves so I got that also.
Bought a used metal fury jade jupiter for $4 on ebay that just came in today. Where the heck is the rest of it? Hahaha. Metal fury is such a joke. Rapidity took more effort to recreate them than hasbro did.
Edit: Oops, wrong thread. Just realized there were two purchase threads
i have a wiiU since day one and i LOVE it way more than the ps4 and xbox one ( my older borther has the ps4 ), i have always been a huge nintendo fan. as for my most recent purchase , i had ordered valkryie and kerbeous last friday lol, i get paid tomorow from work .....lets see if ill buy spriggan and ragnurok , or if i just get something else. idk yet
I recently bought one of those old, IBM Buckling Spring keyboards. I really like how the switch feels compared to the cherry mx brand. It has quite the amount of tactile feedback, but it's different compared to blues. I don't make as many typing mistakes because of the 70g actuation force. 2key rollover is kind of a pain for gaming. I'd honestly recommend one of these, but the lack of super key is a big turn off for a lot of people.
A couple of days ago i bought a Dark Pit amiibo.
Just bought a Yoshi amiibo.
2 Arizona Teas and socks. Also 3 pack of 5 gum that wasnt in my bag Unhappy.
Ordered a Microsoft Wheel Mouse Opticalâ„¢ to go along with my IBM Model Mâ„¢. The whole setup makes me look like a hipster, but I prefer a perfect sensor and a good touch typing experience anyways.
IBM Model M ? Oh, you're so lucky, I'm jealous. Unhappy

I have the white Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical though, but I'm currently using my Logitech Two Button M-S34 mouse, 'cause I like retro stuff Tongue_out

For some reason, I find white keyboard/mouse/speakers more classy than the dominant dark colors on the actual market.

When I say "Model M" I'm really just referring to the Unicomp reprints. The shell has some really spotty molding, other than that, I'd say it's a pretty close rendition to the original, just with the super key.
Mechanical keyboards are just epic. Don't know if you can play games with the model M, I guess it would be kinda akward with the clicking.
I just bought a Charizard Amiibo from Walmart's website.
I just bought a vintage still from Gamera vs. Zigra (1971 kaiju film). Also I might be buying a vintage film reel from Sun Vulcan (Super Sentai, 1981). The seller got an offer for it but it might fall through. He's going to contact me tomorrow, and if it falls through it's mine to buy.

Sun Vulcan film? Nice. Personally I would've gone for a prop, but that's cool.

It's not guaranteed I'll get to buy it though. But I have been thinking about it and if it does fall though I'm probably going to let it pass, I have no way to play or transfer it Tongue_out The seller is going to be on the lookout for scripts and props though since I did mention I had an interest in those (He has two scripts right now, but none that I'm interested in. I want one for Abaranger or Kamen Rider)
I've got all this coming to me in the mail. I may have a problem.

And I've got my FromJapan cart full of Beyblade Burst items, I'm just debating on waiting a little while to order.
Should've done Burst first. Wink

Love the accessories!

Yeah I know, but taobao is a temptress and I don't have it in me to resist
A few recent purchases in the family of all things spinning.

A MagicYoyo N12 and a Duncan Imperial Spin Top. Haven't got the chance to try the spin top yet, but I'm having fun with the unresponsive yoyo.

I would kill for a prop KingStone or Arcle.
My new shiny laptop came yesterday, and I finished setting everything up and moving files from my old desktop today. It actually runs games better than my old computer did, haha.

goodbye old potato computer
your lag and low fps will not be missed
What are the specs? If you don't mind.
Finally got around to purchasing a pair of Grado Headphones. These are the SR80e's. Their aesthetics are polarizing, but their sound is phenomenal for the price. Their design has only been tweaked (never revamped) since they started making these like 25 years ago. It's also cool that after all these years they are still manufactured in Brooklyn.

One of the nicest headphone shape I've ever seen so far.
A Dreamcast with 4 controllers (one was PAL, which is nice) and 2 VMUs.
$95 and $15 shipping.
