Anyway to be honest half the gym leaders are older characters from black and white just because game freak could only be bothered to come up with 2 new gym leaders
IMHO Gen VI better have a lot of work put into it.
I know Nintendo already announced a 3DS PKMN game in the works but if it's really the start of Gen VI, Gamefreak needs to put at least 2 or 3 years of work into it. Sure they have the 3d models from Pokedex 3d Pro but they still need to make models for a whole new region and that takes a seriously long time to do. Basically they need to make a Pokemon Colosseum/XD: GOD that has at least 100 new PKMN and a region that's worth exploring.
Idk how they pulled off B2W2 in just 2 years because if any of you haven't noticed, there are a carp load of 3d models and animations in the game, and they made new animations for moves, people, overworlds, pokemon, and items which would usually take at least 3 or 4 years to finish.
I gotta applaud Gamefreak on their work in this new game and now I'm hoping for something bigger and better.
Tomorrow's the big day! Tonight, I'm going to my closest 24 hour Walmart to buy Black 2 at midnight. So... what are people's plans for tomorrow?

So, I looked at the IGN review, and I must say, I think this game actually deserves a shot. I never thought I would say that, but after seeing some of what this game is dishing out, I suppose I will come out of poke-retirement to play it

Game reviews have nothing to do with Pokémon games, much like Dynasty Warriors.
However, this game has so much stuff packed into it, even I am suppressing my very blatant disdain for Unova and getting it, if only for something new to do.
The thing that really made me want to get this game was that you could fight other gym leaders from other regions. I thought that the stadium was really cool.
i think it will be great since N comes back and there are new pokemon but no new starters

It's just fighting stuff that's clear that Game Freak ran out of good ideas. I miss the cool designs like Larvitar/Pupitar/Tyranitar.
I really don't get why there's so much hate towards Vanilluxe, Garbodor, and all of the gen 5 Pokemon with 'different' designs. They're still Pokemon, and both of them are actually okay competitively...
Anyway, I'm getting Black 2 today. My GameStop opens at 11, and I predict there will be an exceedingly long line, haha.

A bag of garbage and icecream with a face are very blatantly leagues more childish and insipid than any other Pokémon designs; if you cannot truly grasp that, there is a problem, but it's not with everyone else.
I really like the majority of Gen 5's Pokémon designs, but I will not defend or even attempt to veil my disdain for those particular designs.
My copy of the game will be here in a few days; I'm in no considerable hurry, of course.

But a vast majority of the newer ones really do not have aesthetic appeal, compared the amount in the older generations. They'll run out of slick designs soon enough XD

I do not recall mentioning other gens, or singling this gen out; my response was specifically about those Pokémon.
Personally, I would never, ever use a Pokémon that didn't appeal to me aesthetically or thematically.
