I shouldn't worry too much about people piling on to the reserves list, those that are on there, rarely attend/are there to show no confirmed interest.

Reserves don't mean that... it means you are only in the tournament if someone (20 people) drop out...

can't you just stretch the maximum amount of people that can participate and just get more people to bring attack stadiums
