if it is rejected tho it might not go on, due to less people to come, meaning problems with prizes, and therefor probably making us loose money rather than a fun, none gaining tourney which this is aimed for....

If it gets rejected and the tournament still happens, entrance fees or any paid fees are not allowed.

can't for simple reasons, since I live at the opposite side of England, It has been placed on the 20th as a friend's Friend has a room free, so we can get down there and do this tourney, if the tourney was either side of the date, we would not be able to attend and no tourney.
