No, but I have one that has a much larger bump than the other. (I own two, both are Hasbro.) and they perform much differently. However, that may be an issue with weight, and as I don't own a weight scale... Yeah.
(Jun. 08, 2012  2:26 PM)Janstarblast Wrote: [ -> ]As it actually doesn't affect the performance, we can't really list it as a Mold Variation; but it might be worth a mention (and not an explanation), just so that people are aware about it. Smile

That's what I was thinkingWink

If we could persuade Kei to buy a Hasbro Basalt, which usually have those bumps (not saying that TT ones don't), then we may have comparative tests between them... Smile

And actually, I kinda agree with what Rai said. The metal sticks out from a point where opposite beys usually make contact with Basalt. There might be at least some effect of that "bump!"
What we don't know is-

1) What is that effect?
2) Is that effect useful or harmful?

If possible, it'd be nice if most people(currently just th!nk and Rai) here could post the location of the bump on the Basalt MW.
I and Vortex S have wheels which have the bump almost 90 degrees from the Spiral Staircase.

Maybe this is getting off topic, so we might continue this discussion somewhere else(?)

If he doesn't want to waste money on Hasbro stuff then he is welcome to borrow mines.

I think JesseObre has a wheel with a bump(he was telling me about it).But I'm not sure if it is TT or Hasbro.

Is there a "Beyblade Defects" thread somewhere? It could move thereWink

On another note, the weight removed from the staircase of death needed to go somewhere right? Tongue_out_wink

Either this should be updated, or removed entirely, as a quick search for Hasbro brought me here instead of the Hasbro Product list, so the redirect should be brought here. I also believe that the list should be on the "New Articles" list on the homepage of the WBO and Beywiki, as I had to go to All Articles, and find this from there, as search wasn't any help.

Rock Leone's article should have this listed in other versions, unless I somehow missed it.

I "fixed" the first issue by adding a section which redirects to the product list, and I will add it in the list of new articles. I will put making a proper Hasbro page in my projects.

Honestly, I cannot even remember seeing that version. The TAKARA-TOMY logo is there on the box, but even a search with the name (which is "something Fire Limited Ver.") brought no results. Unless it was a Hong Kong or some other Asian country's exclusive recolour, I have no idea what it is.
I was just browsing, and I found that, so yeah. Checked Beywiki and didn't find anything for it. Maybe it doesn't have a proper version name? And thanks for fixing the first issue. Smile

If I cannot remember TAKARA-TOMY releasing that at all though, it is very suspicious. The issue is not about the name, because it clearly has one, but its release is a mystery.
It was originally a G4 prize (Redish Orange Leone CW + a WBBA face), which was then repacked and re-released by Mani Ltd. in early 2012 by adding the red clear printed Leone face.
Ah, OK. I knew about the red Leone Clear Wheel, but there was no Track and Bottom with it as far as I know, and the Face was certainly not clear red.
I've seen that and the clear wheel wasn't similar at all. The original G4 prize(which looks pretty awesome btw, thinking of getting it on YJA) is an orange clear wheel and a clear printed Leone face. So none of the parts are the same colour at all.
All of us are correct : there was an orange Clear Wheel with a clear Leone Face, but there was also an actual prize which was a red Clear Wheel with a WBBA Face.

You see why we just cannot start writing all the "minor" WBBA recolours ?
I don't see why we shouldn't tbh. I can attempt it if you want(in a separate article) but I wouldn't know where they were from or when.
Use in Upgraded Dranzer V2 Combination
Customize Clutch Base can be manipulated to stay in Survival Mode longer through the use of 10 Heavy and the Heavy Metal Core (Metal Driger) to favorably alter the time of retraction of the sharp tip.

AR: Cross Dranzer (Dranzer V2)
WD: Ten Heavy
SG: Neo-Right SG
SG Core:* Heavy Metal Core Metal Driger
SP: Cross Survival (Dranzer V2)
BB: Customize Clutch Base (Dranzer V2)
The Heavy Metal Core and 10 Heavy give Dranzer V2 a higher spin velocity, allowing it to stay in survival mode for longer periods of time. Thi is beneficial because the Attack Mode is inneffective at it's job and absymal in endurance.

I am not sure if this has been pointed out before, but on the Dranzer V2 article it should say " This is beneficial because the Attack Mode is inneffective at it's job and absymal in endurance."

No, the core of what you will not know is what. There are probably a hundred WBBA recolours, and since we did not write everything down since the beginning, there is no way at all to list all the recolours made for each Beyblade, and sometimes only one part without a Metal Wheel or anything.

The best we could do is to also write a proper TAKARA-TOMY article, like for Hasbro, and try to list some examples in a "WBBA" section, but without claiming that the list is extensive.
Can we learn from this in future and start recording lots more stuff for posterity?
@Mu: For spelling/grammatical errors, as long as you have a good grasp of English, for things that obvious just correct them yourself if you see them.
On the Hasbro Product List section of the BeyWiki, Gravity Destroyer AD145WD says "BB-97 Ultimate Gravity Destroyer AD145WD. It shouldn't say ultimate.

You are wrong. BB-97 is the Ultimate Reshuffle Set Perseus Ver., and all Hasbro's Starter versions of those are called "Ultimate Gravity Destroyer Attack/Stamina".
I don't recall one coming with AD145WD. Only Assault w/ 130F and Stamina with GB145S.

An "Ultimate" version of Gravity Destroyer AD145WD does not exist - however there is a BB-80 Gravity Destroyer AD145WD, which is the standard Perseus, while there is the BB-80A recolor.
OK, but considering that the whole beginning is correct, it is only the end which is wrong.

It comes in the Max. Stampede Battle Set.

I realized now that I did make a mistake there, though. Ultimate Gravity Destroyer AD145WD is BB-97A while Ultimate Gravity Destroyer Attack 130F, not the other way around.
Ah, that completely skipped my mind. Thank you for clearing that up Imperial. Smile
In this article (under limited). Is it supposed to be spelled "Bey Tai 1"? thought it was "Bey Ta 1" XD
I have fixed it. It was very unclear how TAKARA-TOMY spelt it before.

Faceoff sets - second last one (Great Ring of Destruction). Misspelled Lynx, as Lynz.
