If you're not aware of how or why her account was closed or what their policies are, you really cannot make any claims whatsoever.
roux, what was the incident about? They do not usually suspend accounts without something resembling legitimate cause.
I have a wonderful experience with both eBay and PayPal. The majority of the business I do there is buying, but I do sell on rare occasions and have found that to be a positive experience as well.

the reason is simple: i hv unpaid transaction fee becoz of that damn MSUV
and then i used another ac and bidded stuff, then ebay did so to me
that means i wasted one more account as i've registered a credit card on that ac!
as the customer service of hong kong doesnt help
i think i gotta contact ebay US for help, i paid the transaction fee finally
and i want it to be settled
