I don't think it is a coincidence. Originally, Hasbro released Death Gargoyle as Dark Gargoyle. Then, they released Death Gargoyle MS as Dark Effigy MS. Likely, they saw "DEMS" on the stickers and made a name that would match it.

He's making a restricted list to make beyblade more interesting and challenging since some parts are game-breaking.

well dragoon gt can be a good beyblade but it has a rubber grip on the bottom so it does not have much endurance
