I added you all.
I altered the sticky post in this forum to include Brawl codes for convenience.
Pit and Meta-Knight ftw! Lol I pwn my gf and asian friend Drake with with them
This game reminds me why I fell in love with Nintendo games to begin with.

Its too bad that Nintendo isn't producing as many of these mind-blowing titles as they used to. If every game on the Wii were like Mario Galaxy and Brawl, the Wii would easily be the best system on the market, even if it didn't have the sales to back it up.

I added all of your brawl numbers.
I have it, but I haven't gotten too much of a chance to play it. So far, I've unlocked Marth, Ness, and Captain Falcon. Awesome game though--I'm really having a lot of fun with it. The Wiimote + Nunchuck combo is surprisingly very comfortable to use.
cheetos Wrote:what the carp is luigi's final smash?

what the carp.

Negative Zone is a reference to some obscure Japanese Nintendo game whose name escapes me.

B-b-but Solid Snake...

and guys, is toon link a clone of link or does he have any different moves.

Apparently he has a deadly Down Smash, but I wanna test him out myself.

QFT. These levels are getting frustrating, especially with the extremely limited number of lives. At least Game Overs don't drop you back at the start of each zone if you've entered a door or two.

I thought so too, but after losing a few matches with the mote+chuk, I went back to the GC controller and resumed kicking all carp.

Anyways, the game is great. Subspace Emissary is almost demanding I have a second player at all times; luckily my brother is always up for it. I've unlocked Ness, Marth, Luigi, Falco, Lucario, Captain Falcon, Snake, and Sonic. I'm trying to unlock anyone else, but I'm just so bloody unaccustomed to fighting as Zelda, but from what I heard I need to beat Classic with both her and Link, who I've already won with. As for my main, I can't really declare one until I unlock and experiment with everyone, but so far I have been playing Pit, Marth, and Sonic with relative success.

I'm gonna be uploading all our screenshots here and battle videos here. Enjoy my mediocrity. Feel free to challenge me, and let me know if you want the footage uploaded or not. Tongue_out

Also, posted my # in the other thread.
I thought negative zone was a reference to the minus world in Mario Bros.

A G&W is now super rad.

It's also too bad that third party developers don't make mind-blowing Nintendo games either (and not just for Wii).

Anyway, this game is making me lose sleep. I'm almost done with Subspace, but I've unlocked a fair bit so far. I'm fairly decent with Ike, Pit, Diddy, and Sheik. I'm still fiddling around with Lucario as well.

This. Pulled my first all-nighter since .hack//G.U. Vol. 1 and paid for it dearly. Slept all Monday afternoon. XD
this thread is making me depressed.
Argh, Event 10 on hard is sooo freakin' hard! DX

Am I the only person using the Classic Controller? I tried all of them and it to be the best for me.
The co-op event for the 50 Yoshis on hard is pretty tricky, and I can't understand why my friend and I can't complete it in time.

I was going to try it but then decided to just buy a Gamecube controller instead. lol

Also, I finally beat the Emissary. Now I'm working on unlocking the characters I don't have yet.
Ommy got in on a match with me and 2 friends tonight. It was laggy as junk. I hope nintendo fixes this soon.
I was playing 100-man melee with Ike and I died after 99 Uncertain
I beat all 20 events on hard and am working my way through the SSE now. Smile
Kei Wrote:I beat all 20 events on hard and am working my way through the SSE now. Smile

You get more events later. I think 41 is the total.

Really? How do you get them?

Um, as you unlock stuff in the game more events are unlocked. It works the same way as melee did.
I beat SSE last night as well, then went on to unlock the last three characters. I see why you were so frustrated, Roan, it was an irritatingly complex maze. Final boss took three tries to beat. Damn warping SOB. I cleared the entire thing with nobody but Peach, and my brother was assisting as Lucario. Great fun, and Peach might be my new main. I swear to god, she is the mistress of aerial combat. XD

Alright. So you're not sure what you have to do to get them? I wouldn't know about how it worked in Melee since I never owned it.
