As a marketer, I believe what Robert Allen have said that: “No matter what your product is you are ultimately in the education business. Your customers need to be constantly educated about the many advantages of doing business with you, trained to use your products more effectively, and taught how to make never-ending improvement in their lives.†And yes it's true that marketing is in the education business you need to educate your customers about your products usage and benefits in order to sell it. Not only that you need the power of continuous improvement or “innovation†to come up to the next level of your product.
