Hi everyone! My name is Mohan Preet and I am a freelancer affiliated with a reputed company in India. Research proves that flexibility gives more creativity to the employees, and work from home is acting as a ladder in this process. Since the majority of companies are now providing remote working to their employees to avoid the transmission of the virus people are also adapting to the change.
