22-ton CNC Turret Punch
Our CNC turret punch can perform embossing, slitting, and punching. It can punch perforations into small spaces and can accommodate plates of 1/4 inch. You can also nest different shapes and sizes. We also have an computer numerical control CNC machining center that allows for precision, high-speed machining of tiny parts. The punch press can make 15-50 tons of material. It is either a set of dies supplied by the customer or a custom-built one.
CNC Lathes
CNC turning centers that are equipped with an incline turret with direct drive, rotary tool milling spindle and a rotary grinding spindle. They can mill that are up to 23 inches. in length and 13 in. in diameter.
CNC Machining Centers
Mazak Nexus vertical machines centers provide extraordinary versatility and efficiency. They come with 12,000 RPM spindle speeds, 30,or 48-tool magazines, and can automatically change the tools.
