Hello, my name is Elisa, I am a tea lover, I am a professional tea taster and I am a member of an online tea shop that sells a variety of teas. All real tea is made with leaves harvested from a single species of plant called Camellia sinensis. Colloquially, the word "tea" is often used to refer to many herbs and botanicals that are made with hot water, although these plants are not technically tea.
