You haven't set up your OP to well. You need to put in which city you live in which is the HQ to start recruit bladers in your area, have meet ups, start some tourneys etc. This is how you usually first recruit members. Then once you have a few members people will look at the team differently and think "yeah they have a few members" and then they will join and then you can become global, but start local first. A HQ with no other bey teams will draw in a lot of bladers in that area quickly (that's how Omega Nova started up so quickly).
