Yes, on certain conditions. Read the rulebooks, the private message you got when you joined, and use the "Ask a question, get an answer!" topic for small questions like that, or even the "Questions about the WBO" thread since this relates to us more.

Official tournaments only contain B:MF/MFB battles, though many still collect plastics and HMS, and play with them for fun.

In the future, questions like this should be asked in the "Ask a Question, Get an answer!" thread.
