Neither of those are very good. The first one would be Balance, I suppose. And the second Defense as well. What parts do you have? There is probably quite a few better customs you can make.

I have all regular parts XD
I love Libra but I would build a complete HWS BeyBlade.

If you want to build a complete HWS Beyblade, then it would have to be for stamina or/ and attack, since there are no strong defense metal wheels atm.

You can try:

Flame Sagittario DF145SD/ D/ WD/ B (stamina)
Storm Pegasis 90/100RF (attack)
