are forpreparing timetable of touney and shedule and others e.t.c.., and theindian bladers who starts tournaments post indian champs before 2 weeks for publishing and forpreparing time table and list of players e.t.c.., and all other things andpls use indian champ thread to use that posts.

Is that not what the whole World Beyblade Organization does ... ? Each event gets proposed, and if it is approved, a thread is created for it in the Official Events forum, where all the participants are listed.
