Yes, Toys R Us Japan have been selling MFB for months now. Metal Fight Beyblade will not be released worldwide until at least 2010 (including Toys R Us in Canada).
This should have been asked in the Ask A Question, Get An Answer Thread and if you looked around the site, you'd see a whole thread saying that MFB won't be released worldwide until 2010.
