first, get a launcher that isn't the tiny one. the main ways to get them in the US are the Soar Phoenix Launcher Set, The Cobalt Dragoon Launcher Set, and the Saber Samurai launcher set (victory grip launcher) and there's also a large winder sold individually. Second, get the drop attack battle set, because both blades in it are excellent for attack

I recommend buying a silver wolf  then buy a green wizard rod and then buy a phoenix 

Use silver wolf 9-60 free ball

Wizard rod 1-60 rush 
Phoenix wing (what ever rachet that is either 3 sided or 5 sided is fine 7 sided rachets are the best but its kinda hard to get) gear flat

probably not, and be careful around cheaper beys. If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a bootleg, and bootlegs are not only illegal for tournament play, but also practically grenades when launched.

Accel is a not-so-good bit for me because it takes too much stamina while doing an Xtreme Dash, and Buster Dran is pretty good, usually on low heights.

For some reason i didnt get 1-60 or acell. I got a yellow one with 5-60 and disk ball
