If you can, I'd recommend a new bey as Leon Claw is really bad and Tusk Mammoth is a lighter Scythe Incendio. If you want a cheap single pack I'd try to find the yellow Scythe Incendio or Talon Ptera and put the ball on Wizard rod. If you can find hem, Roar Tyrano and Tidal Whale are also great options.
As is I'd say your best options are WR960DB (use B if you get one of the single), PW360 on P/T and one of your remaining blades with T or P on 5-60

I know the question may be off topic but why do you have TuskMammoth 3-60T but not DranDagger 4-60R?

Either way, like someone else said, we can't do much with those parts,

Here's my idea for that WizRod, he needs to be put to use! WizardRod 3-60T. It's reminiscent of the 3/9-60B combo with the same blade, but you don't have those parts, though this should work!

Angle your launch slightly with it so it retains stamina.

Don't harass me for not using 9-60: save it for another combo!
