well, the topic of this thread may not sound like your cup of tea,and seems rather boring,it is essential to understand the importance of anger management,
anger,is one of the many qualities gifted to man.being angry is one part, but to vent out your anger, especially on websites and forums,or close people, can't be good.it results hatred and stress.
some essential tips to control anger is to think of a scenery, count numbers, etc.
this will help us to be better human beings
OK ... So what do you want us to discuss here ? Of course anger always has to be 'controlled', not necessarily in the sense that you would hide it and suffer from always confining it inside of you, but if you are always an angry person who hates everybody, obviously everybody including you will be unhappy.
The internet is a popular venting place for many. Because they think anything they say or do cannot really have an effect on anyone. Basically posting because they are hiding "behind their screens". All in all, you'll notice online arguments quickly escalate. As for real life, people tend to control their anger more out of their own personal respect.

...

I see where you are coming from, just forget the past yo. This is where we discuss spinning tops- we are not an anger management class. So I agree with Kai-V's initial question
EDIT:

I have some kept-in frustrations, but I respect the rules enough to know which ones aren't appropriate for sharing with this community.
I do not think this topic is to rant either, because that will just create bad posts over time ...
my purpose was to get people share their unique ideas on anger management,Kai-V,not ranting,no,nothing

And always remember this:
Rule #20 of the internet Wrote:Nothing is to be taken seriously.

Seriously, remember it.

On the other note here, I don't see the point in necro-ing this thread, though. Nobody was actually posting in it anyway...

Keeping your anger in check is very important here
Looking at the topic and these posts, I already think this should be removed. This is a site for spinning tops, not therapy. Also, it isn't a good idea to make this topic seem like the spot to let out anger...
Yo, you could say the same thing for the Health thread. Countless times have I refrained from telling people that "We are not your family doctor!". But yeah, if I can say one thing here (since someone revived it, lol ) its that, if you're mad ... don't have a spasm on your keyboard.

Yet, there is an entire section dedicated to Off-Topic general discussions.
Seafoam, I think the point that DefStamina88 is trying to make is that people shouldn't use the WBO (especially because you're on the Internet of all places) as a place to rant and vent your anger. We're here to discuss beyblades (for the most part), but not to provide therapy.
yo,again, not venting out anger, just to give some useful tips, anybody interested can post their ways of controlling anger, any help would be sincerely appreciated...................and not finding ways to close this thread down

This post is pretty much a "bump" to the thread, no? You've already posted things just like this already as far as I know.
