Not much is known about it right now, but they will try to balance cards from the anime/manga with original cards.

Is ZEXAL not a part of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Series? Why wouldn't it be included in the General Yu-Gi-Oh! thread? A Yu-Gi-Oh! Deck containing cards from the ZEXAL series are still Yu-Gi-Oh! series, no? Couldn't those be posted in the "Post your yugioh decks here" thread?
