From a far distance cheering can be heard from a stadium not too far. There in the stadium two opponents faced each other. Both of them determined to win this duel no matter what it took. As the first round took place both of the duelist had already chipped away their life points. The crowd kept on cheering; it was hard to make out who was cheering for who. Second round the duelist on the left side of the stadium had summoned a monstrous looking monster it's attack was blocked by a trap card. The tension grows as each turn grows fiercer by the minute.
Finally the opponent on the right had summoned his ace monster and blown away the rest of his opponent’s monsters. Before he could even land a blow to his life points he activated a card that stops monsters attack. With such a powerful monster on the field what can he do. After what felt like minutes he drew his last card pouring all of his hope. Answers with a card that now ensured his victory. He had won the battle and now he was the new Duel Champion.
Not very good. Sorry, dude. But, really? "

from a stadium not too far"? No offense, but that doesn't make sense. Also, your story is vague, and there are a few errors in punctuation. Both of them get their "ace monster"s so fast? It seems to have been three or four turns. Also, are they in a Riding/Turbo Duel, or a normal one? Besides that, "he was the new Duel Champion" is, in my opinion, a weak way to end it.
“Well, this isn’t good…†I was sitting at a bench, staring down a TERRIBLE hand. I mean, really? Who the heck decided that it was fair that I only got two TGX300s and three Mektimed Blasts in the finals of a local tournament? “Erm… I activate two TGX300s, and set one card face down. I attack Winged Kuriboh with T.G. Rush Rhino, who has 3200 ATK due to the two TGX300s, and my TG Warwolf. I end my turn.†Well, that was all I had. I mean, today just wasn’t my day. My field was pretty good, but I couldn’t get the cards to win. Two T.G monsters, which are my favorites, and some Meklord cards to back them up. The only thing that was keeping me alive was Rush Rhino, but I was gonna lose soon if he had a field reset of some type. “I activate Dark Hole. I destroy all of your monsters.†Just my luck… Okay, let me explain. I’m Shiro Hinato, a duelist. I’m a novice, but I win my fair share of matches. This guy was one of the finalists from last week’s tournament, Jin Kagida. He was tough, and I was getting my butt handed to me. We were playing one of the hottest games around, Duel Monsters, or Magic and Wizards to old veterans. Really, I’m the last kid to call it that, but I don’t care. I’ve always been a bit eccentric. (Hence why I use T.G. cards and Meklords.) Eh? Oh, yeah. Back to the game.
Jin chuckled a bit, and I felt slightly sick. “I summon Lancer Lindwurm. I end my turn by setting two face-down cards.†One’s a Sakuretsu or something similar. I knew that. This guy was famous for pulling Mirror Force, Dark Mirror Force, or some other shield card when he needed one. To make matters worse, I was getting pounded in the Life Points department. “Erm… I draw.†I tentatively pulled a card out of my deck, and yelped in delight. “I activate Pot of Avarice! I put Meklord Armies Skiel, Granel, and another Skiel back into my deck, along with Meklord AstroDragon Asterisk and T.G. Catapult Dragon, and draw two cards.†I shuffled, and pulled the top two cards. “…AstroDragon… I activate my face down card! Hand Destruction makes us both discard two cards from our hands, and draw two new ones!†I dropped both Mektimed Blasts I had left, and took a peek at the next card. “Yes! I activate two Spell cards! First, I activate Fortissimo: The Mobile Fortress, and next, I activate Giant Trunade. I’ll set all my cards again. Next, I Special Summon Meklord Army of Granel, Normal Summoning another with it! Your Lancer Lindwurm has 450 Attack Points, and I destroy it with one of my Granels. You take 1350 damage. You have 2350 Life Points left; I’ve got 1200. I end my turn.†Things were finally going in my favor. For the first time since eight turns ago, I actually stood a chance! Plus, I had another Meklord monster in my hand; I could easily Summon AstroDragon next turn. My issue was with those face down cards, which he proceeded to set again. But this time, I had something for him!
“I Special Summon Unknown Synchron in Attack Mode, use Monster Reborn, bring back Lancer Lindwurm, and activate Scapegoat. I’ll use Lindwurm, Unknown Synchron, and two Scapegoats to Summon Red Dragon Archfiend!†Humph. That’s it? “I activate Threatening Roar. That means you lose all your monsters at the end of the turn besides that Dragon. I can see it. You’re at a loss.†Jin grimaced. "I end my turn…" He placed all his monsters except for Red Dragon Archfiend in the Graveyard. I drew, picking up a Meklord Army of Skiel. “Okay, I’ll finish this in one move! I activate Mektimed Blast to destroy that face-down, and activate Meklord Emperor Skiel’s ability! Since I have to destroy one of my Army of Granels, it takes its place! Now, I’ll Special Summon a Meklord Army of Skiel, and Normal Summon another. That’s four, so I’ll use Skiel’s ability to take that Red Dragon of yours, and I sacrifice all of them. I Special Summon Meklord AstroDragon Asterisk! He has the added Attack Points of all Meklords sent to the graveyard by this effect. Now, 1600 times three is 4800. If I add Skiel’s 2200, I get 6000 Attack Points! I attack directly for the win!†I celebrated as his LP counter hit 0.
Jin rose. “Well played, Shiro. In fact… I believe you deserve these. Take care of them for me, all right?†He handed me six TG Synchro Monsters. TG Wonder Magician, Blaster Blade, Halberd Cannon, Reciprico Dragonfly, Power Gladiator, and Hyper Librarian. “Are you for real? I can have these?†Jin nodded. “On one condition. You’d better meet me at the World Championships this summer! You’d better not lose until then!†“No chance! I’ll see you there!†I looked at my deck. On the front, Meklord AstroDragon Asterisk shone in the shop’s light. “Heh, we did it, didn’t we? Thanks, Asterisk…†Yup, this was definitely the game for me.
I think I know who wrote these. However, you should know that RDA is destroyed, too. That's why Jack Atlas continued attacking in the battle against Scar Red Nova's Familiar. Otherwise, he wouldn't have his Dragon. However, your story is really good. The plot moves quickly, but you still explain it well, and the character's actually someone you can like.
Thus, my vote goes to entry Two. Or is this the wrong thread?
