Who here plays an instrument? Music sheets might be acceptable.

Yo guys,
what's up.

Anyways, I was wondering who here plays an instrument?

I play the Ocarina and the piano with bits of guitar and violin.

XD

Write what instrument you play!
And feel free to put any music sheets here!

THE DRUMS ARE AWESOME!!! *tries to play but failed completely* Confused
Lol, i'm sure if you practiced you would get the hang of it. Wow the Ocarina looks cool but hard to play.
Only ones I ever took lessons for were the recorder and then the Clarinet. Can normally knock out a few tunes on most things however, I'm not as good with strings than other mediums....

I can play the ocarina too~ I wish it had more notes to it though. Unhappy have to change octaves half way though songs or just miss out notes. Crying
I play Violin mainly, and somewhat play guitar. I recently realized how much I suck at guitar though, but I'm better than a beginner.
I play RB/GHWT drums, and kind of play real drums. I don't sound very good and can't make up anything.

I've always wanted to try ocarina, but I've never been in contact with one or interested enough to buy one.
I play bass drum on our High School Drumline. And if in your mind you are thinking of a dorky thing that you go -wham- wham wham- on, take alook at this; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzG3gOPsUp8
These are the top drummers from my school. I'm hoping to do it next year, because the senioprs have graduated.
I played Trumpet for 7 years in Junior/High School.

I also play drums fairly decently and I have a bass guitar that I mess around on every now and then. I dunno if "laptop" is considered an instrument, but I compose a lot of electronic music on it so yeah, it's at least worth a mention. lol
Drums, bass, guitar, recorder (LOL) and piano Cool

I just graduated, but our bass drummers were never that good. That's pretty skilled right there - I mean, did those guys play in an indoor drumline or some other competetive percussion ensemble? Is that maybe what they're even doing in that video? Those guys are very impressive!

I was on bass drum sophomore year, but the following two years I was squad leader for the marching cymbals, which was a lot of fun because we got to learn cymbal flips and other flashy visuals.

My real callings, however, are guitar and oboe. I love playing guitar, and I guess I'm just skilled in the category of oboe... at least it doesn't sound like a dying duck. I've been told by university directors that I'm a "talented musician," so that has to account for something, right?

EDIT: Looking at fragbait's post below, I failed to mention that I sing. Haha. I take this voice of mine for granted waaaay too often.
I play a little drums, and I beatbox and do have been working on electronic music.
I'm more of a singer though.
I've been playing guitar for about 5 years now,
self-taught for the first few years, but I get private lessons now.

I've played in numerous bands, and I'm in three at the moment, not including the school's stage band.
But yeah, I've played guitar, bass, drums and piano for some of the bands I've been in=D

Recently me and my friend have been doing acoustic stuff together, we both play guitar, and he takes the main vocals while I do back-up.

But yeah my dad's been playing guitar basically all his life, so he showed me stuff before I learnt new techniques and playing styles that he wasn't familiar with. (He's not into the whole 'shred' thing. Although on that note, neither am I anymore.)

There's a little bit of my playing/singing/programming on there. I do a cover of the DBZ theme songTongue_out
It's fairly heavy though.

I played Cymbals my Freshmen year, and I loved all of the tricks and stuff, and I loved the biceps even more! But yeah, those guys are all in our local indoor persuccion group H.I.P. (Heritage Indoor Percussion), that bass ensamble wasn't a part of it though, it was just for fun. I couldn't do H.I.P. this year because of scheduling conflicts with Lacrosse though unfortunatly. This upcoming season, I just got moved up to the biggest bass, and I'm bassline captain now, as of yesterday.
EVERYONE~~~!!! YOU ARE SO COOL!!!

I have a sudden urge to put up Lovers in Japan Sheet on here so I might do it later. Grin

I used to play flute but now I don't play anything.
Learning my way around with a Keyboard getting to know the Keys/Chords ect... saving up to get myself a MIDI Keyboard to hook up to the computer and make sounds with FL Studio. If I get better down the tracks I'll probably look into getting a Synth, the MicroKORG synth is nuts.
