No. If you want to use a ripcord, you would buy one separately or buy a starter that contains a Light Launcher(which uses a ripcord)

Yes it launches the beyblade. Just search around the forum, you will probably find more answers to your questions xD

The bey lancher shoots it by pulling a retractable string, and the light launcer is the classic ripcord and launcher, the beylauncher is amazing, id get that bt if u prefer the cord and launcher id suggest buying a starter, like idunno Leone 145D, cos u get a cord and launcher with that.
