Dimsum2u sells a Gold Quetzalcoatl for around 27$ bucks, which is probably the cheapest you'll find.

Quetz isn't available in stores because you had to win it by getting a certain amount of points in the Bey Ta 1, which is an arcade machine, but the campaign already ended.
