Where Can I buy Metal "Attack type Beystadium"?

I found a couple of black colored attack type beystadiums on ebay. Those are mainly from Chinese sellers. 
Is it officially allowed to use that? It seems not legit, not made by TT or Hasbro. 
I don't think I can find the original attack type beystadium anywhere now (10 years after the season ended).

Anyone has any ideas or thoughts?

That stadium is fake because it is cheap and there is no brand on it.
