no more than seven cards in your hand
50 card deck-no more, no less
each monster needs a certain amount of turns to cooldown after it was played before it can attack
stronger monsters need more time to cooldown
attack/defense stats

each card should have one action figure for it and it will shoot out some small plastic darts at other action figure.... it gives the card game more liberty than just ATTACK! or DEFEND!

it's going to take a lot of money and usually a company to support the idea so unless you have both it's very likely only going to be popular in your area if that.sorry if I hurt your feelings with that i'm just stating the painful truth
