Is the WBO's appearace changeable or does it have a template like in Google sites?

I wondered because one time I wanted to see if my comic could appear on the front page of the WBO and Kai-V said "...I don't think we could do that."

I was also going to see if SOMEHOW I could submit a new banner for the WBO, a new design...

That's not how the Force works.

MyBB powers the WBO. The template was probably achieved by another Web Builder that another Forum site provided. I doubt WBO will accept a new banner.
