Anyways, we've been over this countless times, there is no best.
You have to customize. It depends on stadium, circumstances, opponent, etc ...
Soo ... just follow the top tier list stickied in the customs forum. Top tier means currently dominating/good in the metagame. Remember that you shouldn't make new threads for things in the wrong places. Read and search around a bit and you would have either found:
a.) A similar closed thread.
b.) "Ask a Question, Get an Answer #2" or "Build me A Combo #2".
