I don't see anything wrong with downloading leaked albums so long as you are planning on buying the retail versions as well.
The only reason I ever download things like this is because I'm really pumped because they are usually my favorite bands and I know I'll end up buying the physical disc anyway, I'm just really impatient and can't wait for the release, so if I can sneak a peak earlier, why not?
